Sorry for the late update. Been applying to a lot of job and attending a lot of interviews. Hari2 ada interview, keluar pagi balik petang. Gaya macam orang dah kerja. hehe..

Last Monday, went to an interview with Mandarin Oriental KL for their Sales and Marketing dept. Have to say that they lack of sensitivity to Muslim women. No tudung allowed to work there even if you are working in your own office. Gheez... The HR officer there claim that this is well practiced in all 5-stars hotel throughout Malaysia. Their policy are just following the norm, to create a "western" feel to the image. So if you need a job real badly in the Hotelling industry, like many UITM grads are, you have to sacrifice your believe to support your life.

Hmm.. I thought Malaysian companies, in any industry, are capable in accomodating religions to be practiced in their environment. I wonder if they do have a surau in the building for the workers...............
