To meet my goals, I need to make a checklist of things I need to do:
1) Food journal
2) Start exercise routine
3) The No-No-Food checklist
4) Award for attaining goal in No-No-Food
I wish to loose 1 pound per week. So by 1st October 2010, my weight should be at 120 kgs (265 pounds / 8 pounds lesser).
